Keap It is a returns analytics tool for Shopify clothing brands. It connects to your Shopify store and returns app to provide dashboards, AI-powered insights, scheduled reports, and optional exchange intervention emails. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

To use Keap It you must have an active Shopify store and the authority to connect it to third-party apps. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other merchants, or probe, scan, or test the security of the platform.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Keap It offers a free trial, after which a paid plan is required to continue using the service. Plan features and prices are subject to change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You own your data. By using Keap It, you grant us a limited licence to process your store, order, and returns data solely to provide the service. We act as a processor of this data on your behalf — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Insights generated by Keap It's AI are informational only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not guaranteed. You should independently verify any insight before acting on it. Keap It is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Where you enable exchange intervention emails, you remain responsible for all communications sent to your customers, including their content, accuracy, and compliance with applicable marketing and consumer protection laws. Keap It provides the tool; you control how it is used.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keap It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or fail to pay fees due. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
